Members of the Brazoria County Bar Association,
Effective Thursday, March 11, 2021, all defendants on bond for a criminal matter in Brazoria County Texas, must appear in-person at the Brazoria County Courthouse for all court settings.
If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent your client from appearing in-person; the attorney must obtain approval from the Court prior to the court setting for the defendant to appear virtually.
All defendants on bond will be asked to check-in with the Court’s bailiff and follow instructions from the bailiff.
