From Judge Jeremy Warren, County Court #3,

County Court at Law #3 will not be having dockets on the 4th floor of the 1940’s courthouse this week or next week due to the 1940’s nonoperational elevators.  We will use the following locations on these dates and times:

  • Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 1:30 pm – suppression hearing will be held in JP 2-2 Judge Davis’ Courtroom on the first floor of the 1940’s courthouse.

  • Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 9:00 am – criminal PT docket will be held in the 239th District Court on the first floor of the new administration building.

  • Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 1:30 pm – criminal jail docket will be held in the 239th District Court on the first floor of the new administration building.

  • Friday, March 22, 2024, at 9:00 am – civil and probate docket will be held in the 239th District Court on the first floor of the new administration building.

  • Monday and Tuesday, March 25 and 26, 2024, at 9 am – criminal trial docket with jury selection and trial will be held in the 461st District Court on the first floor of the new administration building.

Juvenile detention hearings will still be held on Webex as we have been doing.
