The Brazoria County Bar Association is proud to announce we have implemented a new program so you may earn CLE credit by watching a recording of the CLE presented at a Bar Meeting.  If a speaker consents to being recorded and for that recording to be made available publicly, we will apply for CLE credit for the recording.  If you were not able to attend the meeting, you now have the opportunity to watch this engaging and entertaining presentation!

At our January meeting, Justin Hodge and Kyle Baum, of the Marrs Ellis & Hodge, L.L.P. law firm, presented to the Bar a CLE on eminent domain.  “Justin Hodge is a Texas trial lawyer who represents landowners against the government and other condemning authorities in condemnation lawsuits. After watching the video fill out the form below so that we can submit your CLE to the Texas Bar to properly credit you.  The CLE accreditation for this course will end December 29, 2022 but we will keep the video available to view without credit after then.
