Notice–CCL2 criminal dockets change

Update 3/17/20 10:29 A.M.:

CCL#2 Thursday’s (3/19) Pretrial 1 settings are an automatic pass to the pretrial 2 dates unless they are in jail. For those in jail, the docket will continue. For those on the Pretrial 2 on Thursday, we are rescheduling if out on bond.

For Friday, (3/20), the jail docket will continue but those folks on bond will be rescheduled.

For Wednesday, (3/25), which is also a Pretrial 2 docket, the docket will continue for those in jail. Those cases on bond will be rescheduled.

The Friday Announcement docket on 3/27 is to be rescheduled.

Criminal dockets will now be split (for the foreseeable future) with those on bond at 9:00 a.m. and the Jail docket at 1:30 p.m. beginning with this Thursday’s docket of 3/19/20.
