What will be covered? An overview of clearing your trademark (due diligence), filing your trademark before the USPTO, maintaining your registered trademark rights, and enforcing your trademark rights. We will walk through all the steps you would typically take to register and maintain your trademark rights before the USPTO and provide an overview of various methods of trademark/brand enforcement.
