General Attorney Reporting Requirements
Attorneys are required to report these percentages for each county by October 15th. This report covers October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.

Adult Criminal and Juvenile Defense Reporting
Attorneys are required to report the percentage of their practice time devoted to appointed criminal and juvenile delinquency cases, pursuant to Article 26.04(j)(4), Code of Criminal Procedure.

Family Protection Representation (Child Protection Cases) Reporting
Attorneys are required to report the percentage of their practice time devoted to court-appointed legal representation of children and/or indigent parents in cases involving the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), pursuant to Section 107.0042 of the Texas Family Code.
